I wanted one page on Find Me a Job at Home to be all about the resources I use (and have used) to train me to make money online. You’ll find my absolute favorite, most valuable self-employment, jobs at home, and making money online resources right here.
I’m in no way a genius when it comes to making money online. I wasn’t born knowing how to be self-employed by making money online. But, what I am kind of great at is finding other people who are way smarter than me – and learning everything I possibly can from them. You can do the same thing. The “trick” is to make sure you are following the right people.
These are my “right people.” These are the gurus from whom I’ve learned so much, and continue to learn.

Pat Flynn -The most generous guy on the internet.
Pat Flynn and Smart Passive Income - Pat Flynn has to be one of the most genuinely kind people online. I am a huge fan and have been for some time now. If your goal is to make money online, Smart Passive Income needs to be a daily visit for you and you should sign up for his newsletter right away.
The information on Pat’s site is free. While he does recommend lots of paid services, you can get your belly full of free info that will definitely get you moving on the fast track to making money online. (And frankly, I trust him so much I’d personally buy anything he recommended if I felt I needed it.)
I love Pat Flynn and I can’t say enough good things about him and about Smart Passive Income. He is brilliant. (And it doesn’t hurt that his online earnings are more than $30,000 a month… and he shares all his monthly income reports freely with his readers.)
Mark Ling - Complete affiliate genius.
Mark Ling and Affilorama – If you’ve wondered how in the world people make really impressive money online, and more importantly how YOU can make money online, Mark’s Affilorama has the answers for you.
Mark made his fortune via affiliate marketing, and he really has the chops. Because I’m suspicious of absolutely everything that has to do with making money online, I spent a lot of time looking in forums to see what people were saying about Mark before I ever even went to his website.
What I found out was that he is the real deal, offering an incredibly valuable service that has helped countless people change their lives in pretty dramatic ways.
While Affilorama is a subscription site (it’s well worth the price, by the way), you’re not left out in the cold if you can’t afford it just yet. Affilorama has lots of free information for folks just starting out. Mark is super generous, especially with his videos that explain things in a way that’s easy to understand and so helpful. (Not for nothing, I love listening to his accent.)
I highly recommend you pop over to Affilorama and sign up – for free. I don’t think anyone who has regrets it.
Marie Forleo - You'll want to be besties with her.
Marie Forleo of Marie.TV and B School. I’m MAD for this chick. I mean it. She is brilliant, brilliant, brilliant when it comes to online training to make money.
Marie Forleo is someone you want to have lunch with – she’s best friend material. While she definitely resonates with those of us of the female persuasion, I know you guys will love her, too.
